Hi I’m Aliaa (she/her).

When I was 11, my dad told me: “Follow your heart, and the money will follow.”

He was wrong. ❤️ ≠ 💰

And I’m still glad I listened.

Because every turning point in my life came down to this one decision: Choose alignment over approval.

That’s how I ended up:

  • 🎓 Playing NCAA Division 1 field hockey at Harvard

  • 🌍 Living in a remote Tajik village for my anthropology PhD

  • 💡 Building a VC-backed startup that raised $1M+ 🌟

  • Leading a nonprofit team of 500+ across 3 continents

  • 🎬Publishing a book and directing a film on identity & change

  • 🗣️ Becoming fluent in 5+ languages

Every move was a bet on myself. Not always the most strategic. Or secure. But always the most me.

That’s what I help high achievers do now:

This work doesn’t always look the same. Sometimes it means turning down a promotion. Sometimes it means finally asking for one. Sometimes it means rewriting what success even means.

We get there through the Constructed Clarity™ Method - a process I developed to help clients systematically reconnect with their values, assess trade-offs, and design a life that fits. It’s a powerful combination of deep inquiry, strategic decision-making, and bold, embodied action. In other words, it’s how we turn that nagging “off” feeling into clarity, alignment, and momentum.
