• Coaches focus on the present and future, supporting and empowering individuals to create clarity, achieve goals, overcome challenges and make meaningful changes in their lives. Coaches often (but not always) have certifications or training, and the industry is not formally regulated.

• Mentors focus on the future, and typically provide guidance and advice focused on professional growth and development based on their experience and technical expertise. The relationship is often informal and does not require any training or certification

This depends on your preferences and your goals. For example, 3-4 sessions may be supportive for 1-2 specific goals. If you’re interested in ongoing personal development, you may choose to develop a long-term coaching relationship. Discuss your needs and any barriers with your chosen coach(es) to determine the best plan.

Many clients choose to set up weekly or biweekly sessions. However, frequency is flexible - you and your coach can determine a schedule that supports your goals and fits your lifestyle.
