As a Transformational Coach and Mental Health Practitioner, my greatest joy is helping professionals reconnect with their power, shift limiting beliefs, and build lives that feel as good as they look. I’ve coached SaaS professionals and business leaders on mindset, self-worth, emotional wellness, relationships, conflict resolution, and life balance — helping them create breakthroughs both personally and professionally.

But I’m also a builder — of trust, teams, strategy, and scalable programs. With 20+ years of experience spanning mental health, SaaS, and human services, I’ve coached, trained, and developed sales and customer success teams in high-growth environments. My background in revenue enablement means I know how to create results by aligning people, process, and purpose.
