Hi, I’m Sukhdeep (and I also go by Sukh) (she/her). As a coach and intergenerational cycle breaker, I empower racialized single women (including aunties) to design lives rooted in self-compassion, joy, and systemic liberation. Having navigated the intersections of racism and sexism, I understand the weight of societal oppression and the strength required to transcend it. My journey has been one of healing, resilience, and intentional transformation.

Through leadership coaching grounded in love and compassion, I support clients in dismantling limiting beliefs and embracing their inherent worth. Together, we cultivate emotional abundance—not as a fleeting feeling, but as a sustainable state of well-being that empowers you to lead with authenticity and purpose. This approach fosters personal mastery and fosters generative relationships, creating a ripple effect of positive change.
