Hi, I’m Vimal —Leader, brand builder, entrepreneur, coach, and proud father.

I’m deeply curious about people and what helps them thrive. After two decades leading marketing and strategy teams across 13 countries, I’ve learned that behind every great brand—and every great leader—is a clear sense of purpose and someone to help bring it to life.

That’s where I come in.

I work with leaders and purpose-driven brands who are ready to grow but are not confident about their next steps. My coaching approach is values-driven, grounded in lived experience, rooted in vision, and led with heart. I listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and help you find the clarity, confidence, and direction to move forward with intention.

My experience includes senior marketing and commercial roles at Fortune 500 and global CPG companies like DIAGEO, SABMiller, and SNDL—where I helped teams exceed their goals, expand into new markets, and build brands that matter.

I’m also Co-Founder of The Red Tea Co., a specialty Rooibos tea company rooted in my South African heritage—created to spark connection for moments that matter.

Why do I coach? Because I’ve been there. I know what it’s like to feel stuck—even when everything looks “successful” on the surface. And I know how powerful it is to have someone in your corner who sees your potential and helps you move forward with courage and clarity.
